Promote Positive Change

We can have the best of intentions, but if we have no idea how to start or follow through on them, we’re stuck at square one.

3 ways to promote positive change

  1. Motivation and visualization
Your motivation must be so powerful that it gets you going and keeps you going until you attain your goal.  “The most motivating factors of all are the ones that arise when you found a purpose that you can pursue with passion and bring to fruition through career.”

  1. Add the ‘And then some” principle to everything you do
Set your goals higher than what is expected of you and find ways to achieve them.

  1. Create successful habits
Don’t forget, it takes 21 days to form a habit.

The difference between successful and unsuccessful people is simple. Successful people are willing to do the things that unsuccessful people won’t. Take on the things you believe are tough. The things that are outside of your comfort zone. Get comfortable with the uncomfortable. Learn resiliency and tenacity. Understand that how you see things is what will create your outcomes. So have a great attitude and student mentality toward everything. Last but not least, Seek out the advice of those who are where you want to be. Ultimately all of these things will create the positive change you want to achieve.

The ‘And then some’ Principle

What is the ‘And then some’ Principle?

Simply put, it means going above and beyond in all things.

First you must set your goals.  Then set out to not just meet them but surpass them.

So how do you apply this principle?

Put in the extra effort.  Do more than you normally do.  Don’t just outwork those around you, outwork yourself.

Success breeds success. Think positively and use the ‘And then some’ principle to achieve your goals.

TL Direct Acquisitions attended the Hawks Game

President Terry Lynch challenged the office. What was the prize? Tickets to the Hawks versus Cavaliers game and dinner with Terry of course. So winners Melissa Burrell and Margie Crespo attended the game with Terry.

Margie
“I had a blast at the game. I had never been to a professional basketball game before. It was definitely a great experience. It also reminded me the more I work for the things I want, the more I achieve them. I truly love what I do and appreciate the opportunities afforded to me.”

Melissa
“This was my first actual live professional basketball game and I absolutely loved it. It was definitely an unforgettable experience. It showed me that you can accomplish anything you set your mind to and want. You just have to be competitive and have the drive to do it. I love what I do and am very grateful for this opportunity.”
